HAPPY TEACHER'S DAY! :D

Hello, and it's been a week since I last blogged.
Would really like to wish all the teachers a Happy Teacher's Day!
I am grateful that great and wonderful teachers are around me :D
Thanks for all your guidance, and assure you that I will do better in my academic and never give up in my maths(:
And I was totally shock when I saw the picture taken with Mr Wong during zero8 appearing in the video.
Ben yeo and other 3Eians was like dedicating sweet messages : hugs and kisses, much loves to Mr Wong.
Lol, so not their usual self please :D
I remembered we spent our Saturday with the prefects completing the guardian angel sashes.
Seeing the joy of teachers and their smile on their faces, I think all our hard work is definitely worth it.

And I also missed how the whole group of xhps-rians will go back to primary school during 2006 and 2007.
When everyone visited the teachers, and had lots of fun moments in xinghua.
Especially when we were screaming and cheering during sports day in hougang stadium.
And how I actually pour the barley drink on meiqi, saying hello to jomanda and going home with yunhan(:
Now, we were on our separate ways. But I am sure we will meet up bestfriends :D

Aside from that, collected report card in the classroom after the celebration.
Combined Science, Combined Humanities, POA, and Mother Tongue was an A1 :D
Mathematics was a B3 and English was a C5.

I will definitely work harder for Mathematics ( yes, I can really see that I am already progressing and results have proven everything, jiahao you musn't give up so easily )
While for English, I will try my best as well.
For the rest of the subject, I will want to maintain my standard and continue to improve further. I want my A1'S :D
September holiday = self-revision and completing of holiday assignments.
Also, to catch up the topics that I am still unsure of and better prepare for end of year examination so that I will not fall behind.

P.S : Combined Humanities and POA even topped the whole Sec 3 NA cohort, so it was a big (:

Finally my computer arrive today!
I am seriously very glad because it was just at the right time.
When my common tests has ended and able to spend more time with the computer (:
And I managed to pass my maths * jumping for joy *
While, performance for other subjects was still satisfactory. Atleast it was up to my standard so it's okay.
Combined Science paper was not being distributed back to us, but I guess it would be fine.
Felt contented for SS, POA and MT.
Looking forward to next Friday for Teacher's Day celebration and releasing of report card. :D

I have many things to blog. Firstly, is the sense & dollar event that was held in Frontier CC.
I remembered I woke up at 4.30am to prepare before heading out on Saturday.
As time spent during travelling will be like 1-2 hours from Hougang to Jurong.
Met up with team-members and took bus&mrt there
Didn't turn up for the discussion with AJC students to plan the games with them.
Because was caught up with investiture rehearsal and couldn't make it.
But while, did turn up for the meeting and on the actual day as well.
For my group, basically our booth was just to spread the message to the participants to prioritize items and not to spend money unnecessarily.
There are different scenarios ( example : BBQ, camping trip, and preparing a meal for four )
So there are a wide range of variety pictures for them to choose from and had to pick up 7 most important items.
And that probably sums up all.
After all, great experiences gain and people there are really friendly and easygoing(:
Lots of laughter's with those who help out at the event.

Secondly, Maths trial to terminal 3.
Basically, it wasn't as fun as I thought.
It was boring to count how many males, females and children's entering the departure hall.
And to calculate the ratio, the percentage and to sketch a graph.
Not interested in other activities as well.
Thus, didn't really contribute much to my team's assignment and was yawning continuously.
What's worst was just to stay at the first level throughout the whole journey for my group.
Perhaps like what leow had said, it really did left a bad impression for us at terminal 3.
Felt the sense of guilty when my team won the best winning team and each of us has got popular voucher.
Because I was practically hanging around and did nothing.

*

And seriously, next week will be the last week for term 3.
Going to study for end of year exam and work harder for maths!
And as what Rachel had said that time is of the essence, and we should all stop procrastinating and start doing things for real. It's time to start doing revision during the September holidays and not waste that particular one week!

SENSE & DOLLAR EVENT.

8 AUGUST 2008

Sorry for not blogging. My computer broke down so I had to send it for repair.
In the mean time, I am using my sis's laptop to blog.
Since today was 8/8/08 :D

Today was an exciting day ahead.
Went to Bishan Park for Zero8 National Day Celebration.
Thanks Zy's dad for giving me a ride there early in the morning.
And it was great to see many classes ( including mine ) to be wearing their class tee.
So unique and united. (:
Mr Wong hurt his knee like a few days ago, and he felt a piercing pain in his joint.
But he still came today morning just wanted to join us in the NE race.
He tried to run as fast as he could to catch up the students in front, but I knew that his knee isn't feeling good at all.
Because he already have difficulties walking, even though he pretended and gave a cheery smile on his face.
But while, I think everything is worth it.
We had lots of laughter's during the NE race and even decorated Mr.W as our mascot
In another words, he was representing the National symbol for our class.

After the NE race, we proceeded to support our class for the Bossaball Competition.
I am so proud of you guys when they went for the finals today.
We cheered, we screamed, and whatever you could think of.
And finally, our class clinched the championship in the Secondary 3 category.
Well done guys, you all tried your best(:
Through today's activities, I really think my class has bonded together.
From discussions of our class tee designs, to cheering and supporting for the Bossaball participants and trying all our best to solve those questions in the different stations during the NE race today.
Everyone have definitely know more about each other and enjoy themselves.

Lastly, I wonder how time flies.
I remembered not long ago when my class was just having the same amount of fun with Miss Chan last year.
The enthusiasm with Sec 2E'07 and supporting our class runners being the top 10.
The moments we shared through Sec 2 camp.

How Miss Chan was so sad about the class academic/behaviour.
How she cried during her birthday.
How she tried to debate during the promotion meeting for our class and tried her best to get into our respective subject options that we have opted for.
How she felt extremely happy about everyone's results that seeing us being promoted.
How she actually started with the class blog during sec 2 camp and updated the blog and still cared so much for us.
How she encouraged and motivated us during the end-of-year.
How she write personal messages for each and everyone of us.
How she put in that extra bit of efforts and contribute to the class.

Like seriously, go to other Sec2'07 classes blog.
I am sure that most of the blogs have been dead or without any updates.
And yet, our class blog was still updated by Miss Chan and the tagboard was still filled with sweet messages.
Had a one hour talking session with Leow, and we really still miss 2E'07.
How am i becoming so emo? =/

P/S : 8/8/08 was filled with many happenings
